I believe the idea of PL2008 should be abandoned for lack of time, and
efforts concentrated on producing a PL2009 some time in the first quarter
of 2009 - remembering that PL is a list, not a CD.  The CD - if such is to
be produced - could follow at a more leisurely pace, with the work not
necessarily done by the same people who moderated the production of the
list.
